Argument Mapping Workshop Sydney 15 May

The Australian Thinking Skills Institute will conduct a workshop on the
Fundamentals of Argument Mapping in Sydney on Tuesday 15th May from 10.00 AM
till 12.30 PM.

Argument mapping is a technique for representing reasoning. Argument maps
help people understand and communicate complex arguments.

The workshop will cover the basics of argument mapping. It is intended for
people who have no prior experience with argument mapping. Participants will
learn how to read and produce simple argument maps using the Reason!Able
software.

The workshop is suitable for anyone may wish to use argument mapping in
education, business, legal or social policy applications.

The workshop leader will be Dr. Tim van Gelder, Austhink director and
Associate Professor of Philosophy at the University of Melbourne.

Workshop enrolments must be confirmed by close of business Monday 7th May by
emailing mark@austhink.org or by ringing Mark Fletcher on 0408 918 166.

The cost is AUD$110 per participant including 10%GST.

The workshop will take place at the Regus Business Centre, Level 20 Tower 2
Darling Park, 201 Sussex St Sydney
